Forum: What does the ETS need to include to achieve real action on climate change?

Ross Garnaut has released his final report on Australia’s proposed Emissions Trading Scheme, outlining how he thinks Australia should tackle the growing climate crisis. But does his model provide for real action on climate change and a just transition to a low carbon economy?

This forum will look at what an ETS needs to achieve real action on climate change.

    Can anyone in the know post some stuff about Garnaut’s final recommendations and where we, the climate movement, stand on it?

    I’m out of the loop on this.
